Date: Mon, 24 Mar 2025 10:46:01 -0500
Dear all,
We are excited to announce our upcoming online course: "Epigenomics Data
Analysis", taking place from April 14-18.

This course is designed for biologists and bioinformaticians who want to
develop practical skills in analyzing RNA-seq, ChIP-seq, ATAC-seq,
MNase-seq, and Hi-C data. Participants will work with real-world datasets
and gain hands-on experience using command-line tools and R/Bioconductor.

Course website:
https://www.physalia-courses.org/...workshops/course59b/

Course objectives:

* Understand the principles and experimental designs behind key genomic
  assays.

* Perform data preprocessing, alignment, and quality control for RNA-seq,
  ATAC-seq, ChIP-seq, and Hi-C datasets.

* Conduct downstream analyses, including differential expression, peak
calling, motif analysis, and interaction visualization.

* Integrate multiple genomic data types to extract meaningful biological
  insights.

If you’re looking to strengthen your data analysis skills and apply them
to real research challenges, this course will provide a strong foundation.
