This project has two active fronts: (1) Collaborative Ontology Building (COB): Development of a practically useful ontology editor that allow multiple users to collaboratoryly work together. (2) Animal Trait Ontology (ATO): Development of a community standard of cattle, pigs, chicken trait ontology.
