Dear Juha,

from my experience one commercial kit that works well is the Aurum Fatty
and Fibrous from Bio-Rad.
In alternative, you can grind with liquind nitrogen and and follow a
classic TriZol extraction methos.
It really depends by the amount of tissue you have and how many samples:
classic way is labour intensive.
