Dear Mohamed,
I my lab we extract DNA for parentage testing purpose whit the following
method:
1) 3 hair roots in a PCR tube
2) add 100ul of 10mM Tris, 0,01 Tween20 (you can substitute whit a
simple PCR Buffer)
3) add 5 ul of Protease K 20mg/ul
4) incubate at 60 degree for 1 hour and at 95 degree for 15 minutes
you can use directly
