We are excited to announce our Introduction to Nextflow course, taking place
online from 10–12 November.
Nextflow is a leading workflow system for high-throughput, data-intensive
applications in life sciences, enabling reproducible and scalable computational
analyses across local and cloud environments.
This three-day workshop will guide participants from basic concepts to advanced
workflows, with practical sessions on scripting, channels, processes, operators,
and real RNA-Seq pipelines. A ready-to-use repository and AWS cloud environment
will be provided for all exercises.
