Subject: the availability of an open cluster file version for the
Goat_IGGC_HTS_v3 Illumina chip

Dear all,
I am happy to update you about the availability of an open cluster file
version for the Goat_IGGC_HTS_v3 Illumina chip.
There are now 2 versions of the cluster file:
* the September, 2025 release - A5 - allows to cluster 83,511 SNPs
(74,624 SNPs are genotyped with default parameters),
* the December, 2024 release - C2 - allows to cluster 79,538 SNPs
(74,568 SNPs are genotyped with default parameters).
The A5 version contains all the synthetized markers. The design and
clustering process is described here

also find information on other available goat SNP chips and the presentation
of SNP chips from the last PAG conference (by Guilherme Borba Neumann).
