We're excited to announce our upcoming ONLINE course: Introduction to
Genome-Wide Association Studies (GWAS), running from June 24th to June 28th,
2024.
This comprehensive course is designed to introduce students, researchers, and
professionals to the essential steps involved in a GWAS study. Participants
will learn how to construct a reusable and reproducible bioinformatics
pipeline, covering all the necessary components of a typical GWAS study.
Participants will engage in both mirroring exercises with instructors and
individual exercises to apply learned skills. Results will be interpreted and
discussed within the group, fostering collaborative learning.
