Subject: FAANG V2F Task Force Seminar

Dear All
The FAANG V2F (Variant to Function) Task Force will hold its first online
seminar on 4 February. The seminar will begin at 07:00 PST, 09:00 CST,
15:00 GMT and 16:00 CET.
As a reminder, V2F is the most recently established FAANG Force, which is
described at https://www.faang.org/tf?nameF.
Invited speakers are:
- Hao Cheng (UC-Davis, USA), who will provide an introduction to V2F
approaches from the perspective of quantitative genetics
- Arnaud Boulling (INRAE, France), who will give the talk: 'Functional
impact of splicing variants: insights from cattle and perspectives across
species'.
