Dear All

The "Avian Genetics & Genomics" team from PEGASE research unit (INRAE
Institut Agro) at Rennes is recruiting for a Postdoc researcher (2 years
fixed term).

His/her role will be to investigate the hepatic gene regulatory networks
that control cell plasticity and animal responses to three environmental
changes in laying hens, by combining various "omics" data (coding and
non-coding transcriptome (miRNA, lncRNA, circRNA), methylome) from the liver
collected from 200 to 500 birds as well as hepatic "single nuclei RNA-seq"
data with signal deconvolution approaches to access to immune cell
populations.

Please find more details and apply online:

Thanks

Sandrine Lagarrigue, Professor
