    Animals:Pigs represented two genetic lines: a Large White-Landrace composite line selected for increased litter size, and an HD commercial cross selected for lean growth.
     Breeds associated:
    Design:Pigs were challenged with PRRSV prior to GWAS for susceptibility traits. Animals were genotyped using the Illumina PorcineSNP60 BeadChip, and a total of 57,390 SNPs were used for analysis.
    Analysis:GWAS was performed for PRRSV viremia, viral load, antibody level, and ADG using a BayesB model.
