    Animals:Animals were Fleckvieh cattle.
     Breeds associated:
Design:Animals were genotyped for 54001 SNPs using the Bovine SNP50 BeadChip and analyzed for incidence of supernumerary teats. For analysis, 43698 SNPs were used.
Analysis:A principal component analysis-based approach was applied, followed by mixed model analysis.
